A monumental exhibition for us and The Victoria and Albert Museum. A first-of-its-kind showcase exploring the Korean Wave; the pop culture of South Korea that has exploded in fan-dom around the world.

For 12 weeks we built and installed exhibits for over 200 items in 900 sqm of exhibition space, divided into four thematic sections to immerse visitors in the costumes, photography, sculpture, fashion, video and K-culture ephemera. It took two project managers and 40 crew, racking up over 10,000 hours of work. From a Gangnam Style video wall to the interactive K-pop dance challenge zone to recreating the Lee family’s squalid bathroom from Parasite, in collaboration with the film’s production designer, Lee Ha Jun – We loved every second.
